Need help with install

I downloaded Cyphesis server, but how to install it? I don't know how to open rpm file on Windows XP. Maybe i need some programs?
And if i create my own server it will be on my own computer? -
Cyphesis is a Linux program and does not install on Windows. It is possible to install a Linux virtual machine on your windows system using a product like vmware. It also may be possible to build cyphesis from source on windows using the mingw compiler, but this is a lengthy and complicated task, and it seems unlikely you would have much luck if you have not build software using these tools before.

"Win user" is not a race or religion. Anyone can run Linux for free on a spare machine or using free virtual machine software. We target Linux because it is much easier to write powerful, scalable software for Linux than for windows, and Windows development is more expensive.
